What Causes Dizziness, Headache And Weakness While On Regestrone?

my wife aged 47 was suffering from heavy menstrual bleeding which would run for 15-20 days at a stretch. She also has Fibroids. Three months back she underwent D&C. Biopsy result was normal, no additional problems. Now after three months of normal periods, she is once again suffering from heavy bleeding. She was prescribed Pause XT for 7 days and Modus for 15 days which did not improve the situation. She was then prescribed Trenexa for 5 days/ 2 per day, then Registrone 5mg, 3 per day for first 7 days and currently to 2 per day. Her thyroid profile is normal. HB is 10.3, and Sugar is uncontrolled. Current random sugar reading is 225. She is suffering from extreme weakness /tired feeling, dizziness, headache, body pains. What should be our next line of treatment. why is she feeling so weak. Is it the side effect of Registrone.
