What Causes Dizziness, Headache, Vomiting And Fast Heart Rate?

a year before, i was pregnant and anemic...

after birth, I took iron supplement for 1 month but i didn't go to my recheck appointment since that time...

since months... i feel dizzy sometimes, my heart pump strongly, i feel i want to vomit, headache, and my pulse is strong

today i noticed that my eyes are red as if my blood vessels are injured!!

plz help me doctor

Hi,
Are you continuing with iron medication now??
If your continuing with it,nausea vomiting abdominal discomfort is common problem with iron tablets,
Regarding your headache and nausea vomiting,I think it most probably migraine, it common in females,anemia is also a strong possibility,some blood test has to be done,if migraine is diagnosed,
For it you have to start with nsaids,
Then gradually shift on to other medicine if required,
I recommend you to visit a physician and get you symptoms evaluated and get medicine prescribed.
