What Causes Dizziness, Headaches, Low BP And Worsened Chronic Fatigue?

I m a female (25 years old). A few hours ago I had sudden onset of dizziness and headaches. My blood pressure is low (for me) around 110/73 or so (normally I m the perfect 120/80). I ve been having worsened chronic fatigue. Is this serious and should I go to the ER or wait and see how I am tomorrow?

Hi,

Fatigue and dizziness in your age can be most likely due to anemia. Better to do a blood routine examination to rule out that. Thyroid function test also should be done as thyroid problems also give such fatigue.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Nishad BN
