Hi,

Chance of pregnancy is less as you have bleeding more than spotting. Implantation bleeding is just like spotting for day and associated with cramp. Your symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance, premenstrual symptoms. If symptoms and bleeding continue next 6-7 days then consult gynecologist for examination.

Take rest, avoid stress, drink plenty of water, take small frequent meal rather than large meal. Do gentle breast massage with evening prime rose oil.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
