What Causes Dizziness, High BP, Tiredness And Frequent Urination?

Hi I have been dizzy for months now. I sweat profusely and feel clammy light headed. I have had high blood pressure all my life. My sugar level after a carbohydrate meal and soda was 235 right after eating. I feel tired all of the time and my muscles in arms legs cramp easily. I wake up sweating a lot. I use restroom a lot at night. Sleep all the time. I m starting to panic now because I don t know what s wrong.
