What Causes Dizziness In Diabetic Patient?

You sure? I had heart surgery 2.5 yrs ago. I have been so dizzy and off balance for that time. I ve been to Neurogolist , endocrinologist , ENTS, and family doctor. None has checked my kidneys could I be dizzy because of the renal gland on my kidneys. I am a diabetic

Kidney failure can result in abnormal levels of electrolytes but this would normally occur if the kidneys are significantly impaired.
Significant abnormalities with some of the electrolytes can cause dizziness.

Creatinine levels are normally done at least once a year in a diabetic to assess the kidneys. If these have been done and are normal then it is unlikely that the kidneys are responsible for your dizziness.

You should speak to your doctor about your concern. He or she may have creatinine done if there is no recent test.
