What Causes Dizziness In Supine Position After A Fall?

I slipped and fell on ice 2 days ago and hot the back of my head. My jaw was strained during the fall. I have no headache no throwing up but if I lay down on my back the room spins. I feel a bit queasy My head is a bit fuzzy or light. I did sleep extra yesterday. Should I see a Dr?
