What Causes Dizziness, Left Sided Back Pain, Twitching Of Right Eye And Sinus?

YYYY@YYYY - I am having pretty severe dizziness, which started mid afternoon, by evening almost falling over and still dizzy when lying in bed. I seem to be having a pinch pain in my mid-back on the left. Over the past few days I had issues with my heart racing for about 1/2 hour (I had a coughing spell and trouble breathing, so I took my inhaler, and I attributed that racing to the inhaler)... that same evening and next day I had a twitch in my right eye for many hours. I have chronic sinusitis/ bronchitis and attributed all these things to that... I do feel a blockage in my right sinus and ear canal..... but the dizziness came on quite suddenly, and of course, I m afraid that might be a mini-stroke, etc. I woke up after sleeping and almost fell over when I stood up (but I HAVE experienced this before with the sinus issues).

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intra-cranial (inside the brain) causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
