Hello,

Your symptoms are indicative that you are not leading an active life. Since you are getting lightheaded, dizzy, fatigued and uncomfortable you are suggested to take food in time (maintain your food taking timings), take food in small portions multiple times a day. Take digestives and food that is easily digestible. Avoid taking food, veggies or fruits that are not well cooked or raw.

Avoid constipation, take fiber rich food and laxatives at bed time. Avoid addictions if any. Avoid taking salty food, carbs, refined flour, oily food, packaged or frozen fruit. Take fresh home made balanced food. Do regular walking, exercises to reduce weight if obese. Take adequate sleep. Avoid addictions if any.

Take liver tonics and appetizers like Liv - 52, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT, to rule out vertigo. You may be recommended to do some blood and imaging tests and audiometry test. You can take antacids and PPIs to ease your discomfort.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
