What Causes Dizziness, Loose Stools And Nausea?

I am a 25 y.o. Female, Caucasian, 130lbs. I came home on a plane from the east to the west coast. Since last evening and all day today I have experienced dizziness and it feels like it s directly behind my eyes especially when moving them and the worst nausea without vomiting I have felt. I don t know if this is related but I ve also had loose stools. The dizziness and nausea are concerning.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Nausea often occurs with dizziness.

It is possible that the dizziness is due to issues with the inner ear, inner ear conditions are the most common causes.

Since the episodes are worse with certain head movements then it may due to BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) which is an inner ear condition.

Treated with a short course of medication and also a maneuver called the Epley maneuver.

I hope this helps
