What Causes Dizziness, Loss Of Appetite And Weakness?

Hey, I am having a problem with sudden episodes of dizziness, appetite loss, tiredness, and weakness I do not know what it is. I have actually passed out once and almost 3 other times. These events leave me nauseated and wanting to just sleep. Can you give me advice to go to my doctor with? I am able to do work in the yard and such. I come in before the severe heat of the day hits. I can repeat a job the same way, say 3 times/3 different days, the exact same way and only have one episode. I am confused.

Hi,

These symptoms could indicate a heart attack or stroke. You should also seek immediate medical help if your loss of appetite and nausea are accompanied by: symptoms of dehydration, such as low urine output, dry mouth, increased thirst, lethargy, and dizziness.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Monish De, Oncologist
