What Causes Dizziness, Loss Of Balance With Asthma And Ear Problems?

My son is getting dizzy sort of unbalanced he had to stand in school for a while and when he sat down he said he was dizzy he couldnt hardley talk he has azthma and his ears sometimes mess up on him. His brothers are getting treated for sinus infections i also have him on antibiotics started a day ago. He said tonight he felt off balance a little. is this bad.
