What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Excess Sweating?

Hi, I awoke Monday to find I was very dizzy, with nausea, sweating. Also had diarrhea, thought i had food poisoning. But the dizziness persisted 3-4 days. No pain, but some funny feeling in the ears. I thought it is something like labyrinthitis. I have not taken any medicine, do not take any drugs prescription or otherwise. I am 58 yrs, 5 11 170lbs, blood p 120/80. not diabetic as far as i know. I am mostly recovered by Friday. Is there something more serious I should check for, with these symptoms? Thanks a lot!

Hi

Since you have recovered there is nothing to worry. Probably you can take b complex tablets and protein powder along with milk

Do meditation for atleast 58 minutes daily and walking/exercise for 45 minutes daily for atleast 5 days a week

Wish You Good Health
