What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Fatigue?

For a few weeks, I have battled in the afternoons and evening, light dizziness, slight nausea, tired, weird feeling in my head. I thought I was getting sick like the flu, but I haven t. (thankfully). However, I don t have an explanation for these symptoms. Eating, drinking, sleeping is all normal. Thank you

As of now drink plenty of water and take rest.

If symptoms persist, you have to consult a physician and get evaluated. We have to rule out possibilities like anemia and thyroid dysfunction.
