What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Headache?

Hi I woke up in the middle of the night, being so dizzy I had to hold onto my headboard. made me feel nausea, and a headache more so on the top of my head that I thought I couldn t handle it, almost when I had a ct mylegram (spelling) done and the injection they put in me went into my brain...(from what I m told) and it was awful pain....so not sure what brought this on Also I was to see neurologist s in Pittsburgh, the results were I have ear and eye migraines. I was also hit a week ago , someone bumped my car while I was in it....and I had a back ach and neck when that happened...but didn t go to doctor. My boss didn t allow me to be off work, and then now its been a week.
