What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Headaches During Pregnancy?

I am 25 weeks pregnant (normal second pregnancy). Last 2 days I have become extremely dizzy, with exhaustion and feeling nauseous and headaches. Prior to this, I was feeling great. Lots of movement with baby. I have an appointment with my doctor next week for a regular monthly check up - just not sure if this is something I should be seen about sooner.

Hi I think you should get a hemoglobin level checked. Also check the blood pressure. It can be due to low hemoglobin or high blood pressure. If these are normal, these can be pregnancy related symptoms. Take some iron supplements and multivitamin also.Hope it helps.
