What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Stomach Discomfort?

I have recently experienced dizziness, nausea, drye heaves, stomach discomfort, body sweats and sometime headaches. At first I thought it was the heat, this has been going on for 6 days, this is not the heat! At night when I turn on my stomach it wakes me up with discomfort on either side left and right. Medical history, clean, I have nt even had the command cold in 10 years. Please give me your thoughts. If I lie down I m not dizzy, GREAT! Best, Christine

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a stomach infection.

I suggest using Reglan for nausea.

I also suggest using daily probiotics.

I recommend to drink liquids and eat a plain diet.
