What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Tinnitus?

Earlier today I was working out with the football team, (quick high intensity workout) and when I finished I felt very light headed, nauseous as well as a sort of clogged ringing in my ears, I was extremely pale and eventually threw up, not the first time this has happened, what is wrong? And what can I do to prevent this in the future? btw heat makes it much worse. Thanks

Hi...I can understand your concern. As per your query about dizziness, nausea and tinnitus....,it is probably related with your internal ear(vestibulo cochlear organ).Ears are the balancing organ in our body when there is change in the pressure. It may be possible that you have got some injury earlier for which you were not very concerned.I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist to get it examined properly and get the appropriate treatment.I hope the information helps you.Take care.
