What Causes Dizziness, Nausea, Eating Disorder And Migraines?

I don t know what s wrong with me. I have been feeling really dizzy and nauseous. I started noticing that I haven t really been eating a lot I just get full fast. When I close my eyes I feel like I m spinning and then I get migraines really bad sometimes it hurts my eyes

hello. have your blood pressure and temperature checked. if you are a woman, get a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. have you been diagnosed with migraine already by a neurologist? if not it must be just tension headache or vascular headache. you can take anti dizziness medications such as meclizine or betahistine but you have to rule out you are not pregnant since these are contraindicated also the same with pain medications. for now you can take only paracetamol or acetaminophen for the pain. lie down in a dim room and avoid loud noises
