What Causes Dizziness, Nausea, Lightheadedness And Indigestion?

Should I go to the dr or hospital? Dizzy, lightheaded, naseuated, indigestion burping, pupils constricted, no fever, but tired and want to puke, but no regurgitation. I have felt this way for 3 days. Driving and riding in a car makes me more sick to my stomach.

There are certain condition which may cursed such symptoms like hyperacidity, vestibular, dysfunction, viral infection, you can try "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day" Tab Betahistine 16 mg twice in day, have some rest, no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
