What Causes Dizziness, Nausea, Limbs Control Loss, Slurred Speech With Syncope?

yesterday I wasn't well. The room was spinning fast, nausea, loss of control of limbs, followed by slurred speech and then passing out (which I have never done before). Cold sweats and violent shakes, followed by vomiting came next. I was checked out at the hospital and given a clean bill of health. I've been having a difficult time recently at work - could this just have been a reaction to the body being put under pressure due to a stressful situation? Thanks!
