What Causes Dizziness, Nausea, Vomitings Along With Pounding Heart?

Hi, I was at work and just before lunch time I started getting nausea and dizzy then I went to the toilet and started vomiting and my heart was pounding and I was shivering and started to get a headache and I had a cold sweat and I could'nt get up, it lasted for 3 hours before I felt a little better and I'm worried that there is something terrible wrong with me. Im 42 years old, my weight is 68kg and my height is 1.75.
