What Causes Dizziness Nausea With Blurry Vision During H Pylori Infection?

Hi.My wife is 38.She is being treated for a h priori infection and has mild anemia. Right now she has eye muscle pain,dizziness,nausea, and she has blurred vision if she tries to see any distance.This has been going on for one week. What could this be? Related to the bacterial infection? Please help.Thanks.

h pylori infection has nothing to do with eye problem. her eyes need to be completely examined. refraction, fundus, ocular musclemovment is Tobe noted. it appears to be ophthalmic migraine. she can be given migranil one to increase up to 6tablet till free from all symptoms. she can also take omeprazole tablet before food for duodenal infection byhpylori.
