What Causes Dizziness, Neck Pain And Cold Hands And Feet?

have noticed for the past week that I have been feeling milld dizziness. I ve had neck pain my hands and feet feel cold. My calves feel a bit sore. And I m now feeling sleepy. ive had some muscle cramping on my right foot. My head feel throbbing lite headed . Ive also taken my blood pressure 120/61. I just don t feel normal
