Welcome to health care magic.

1.The symptoms suggest of the vascular pathology, could be due to underlying cardiac pathology.
2.First get your vitals ( BP/PULSE ) checked and a cervical spine x-ray AP?LAT.
3.As the spine pathologies do give similar condition when nerve gets compressed or any bony pathologies.
4.It needs to be examined - if there is swelling need to examine and if necessary an ultrasound examination to evaluate the nature of the swelling and its source and extensions.
5.So i would recommend to see your GP, let it get examined and referred to the investigations as needed.

Good luck.
