What Causes Dizziness, Pain In Left Ear And Headaches?

I am 25 yrs old, have had a head ache for 4 days, my neck hurts and an upset tummy. A few days ago I had a weird problem with my ear and the left ear heard everything like a broken speaker and i was dizzy (things swirling around me). I am not sure whats wrong.

It looks like that you are having a ear infection which has spread to the inner ear and is causing the giddiness, Headache with neck pain is not a good sign and may indicate spreading of the infection into the cranium and this is a bit serious. I would like you to meet your doctor as soon as possible for confirming this and starting treatment!
