My husband had a 20 lb air compressor fall about 15 or 20 feet and hit him square on the top of the head.since then he gets dizzy and has tingling allover his body. And when he urinates he has blood and a discharge and it is extremely difficult and painful and can only get a small amount of urine out

Hello,
He needs to be seen by a doctor as soon as possible. He may need an MRI of his brain and he definitely needs a urinalysis because it sounds like he has an infection. If his doctor can not see him today, take him to Emergency
