What Causes Dizziness Post Blood Transfusion?

Hi, I had a blood transfusion about a week and a half ago due to a placental abruption. Our son did not survive. I ended up taking 8 units of blood. I m due to see the doc in a few days, but I ve been dizzy every day since the initial transfusion and over the last two days have had minor tightening pain over my heart. I m 38.

you had seviou blood loss and now all symptoms are related to it. do blood hemoglobin which can indicate your status. BPis to be monitoured. if requered iv detrose saline and hemacel can be given with oral fluid intake and food there will be recovery.
