Hi, my name is Veronika. I was at a gym today and after completing about 15 minutes in an exercise circuit I got really dizzy, my hearing seamed to be muffled and my vision was as if I was intoxicated just moving around. It took about 2 minutes to get back to normal. I only slept for two 2.5 hours after work, but I felt rested?
