What Causes Dizziness, Pressure In The Head And Eye Twitching?

I have been experiencing dizziness, head pressure, almost like a brain shift (?) and now my eyes are twitching. I have googled all kinds of crazy illness (I know setting myself up for no good) and am making myself crazy trying to figure out what s going on. I ve had these symptoms for quite some time now and am completely over feeling this way. Help!

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Twitching of the eyes usually occurs because of dryness of eyes which commonly occurs in people who are exposed to a computer for long continuous hours.
However this is not a serious condition hence no need to be worried.

You need to prevent dryness of eyes by use of artificial tears eye drops as advised by me in the previous answer.

Along with you need to avoid the use of caffeine-containing drinks like coffee, tea. Use of multivitamin supplement tablets will be of help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
