The symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards a condition known as Meniere’s disease . Meniere's disease is a disorder of the inner ear that causes spontaneous episodes of vertigo ( a sensation of a spinning motion ) along with fluctuating hearing loss, ringing in the ear (tinnitus) , and sometimes a feeling of fullness or pressure in your ear or head . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order tests like audiometry test , Balance tests , Videonystagmography , CT scan and MRI and rule out condition like acoustic neuroma . There are many treatment options that your doctor may prescribed or recommend like antiemetic drugs , Vestibular rehabilitation exercises and Meniett device .
