Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness, profuse sweating and chills. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , heart problem , anxiety disorder , dehydration , diabetes , polycystic kidney disease or gastroenteritis .I would suggest you to consult cardiologist to rule out cardiac problem first . Doctor may order ECG , TMT along with complete blood profile and check vitals . Doctor may prescribe betablockers and diuretic along with other treatment depending upon the diagnosis . For now keep yourself hydrated , take proper rest and avoid bending forward.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
