What Causes Dizziness, Ringing In The Ears And Blurred Vision?

I am a 20 year old female. I was in a concert where I became dizzy, I heard ringing in both of my ears, my vision went blurry, both of arms were tingling, I had pressure in my face, and I felt like I couldn t breathe. After that my body hasn t stopped shaking, I still have pressure in my face, I am getting sharp pains in my head, my voice is now shakey when I sing, and I m dizzy. What is going on?

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I reviewed your query and here is advise.

I think you experienced an hypoglycaemia epidode that blood sugar levels get low 4 mmol per liter. Maybe you didn't eat for quite a long time that day.
If it is repeated diabetes type 1 is suspected.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
