What Causes Dizziness, Sinus Blocks, Headaches And Loss Of Appetite?
Hi, I haven't been feeling great for a few days. I seemed to crash last week. I was exhausted, I'm dealing with dizzy spells, sinuses are blocked, and I've lost my appetite which is very unusual for me. I'm also getting awful headaches, hurting mainly behind my eyes- but I've near perfect eyesight. I'm 17, female and not pregnant.

sinus infection usually present with head aches and dizziness.
nasal blockage is also an associated feature .
sinus . nose and ear are all related .u will also get pain behind eye.
get treated for sinusitis with penicillins .
all symptoms will subside .
also do steam inhalations .
