What Causes Dizziness, Tingling Sensation In Limbs And Excessive Saliva Production In Mouth?

Hello, whenever I move quickly, I get a very brief spell of dizziness. It only lasts a few seconds but it feels very strange, and I get pins and needles. Again this goes very quickly. I also have excessive mouth watering. I ve had this for about 4 days, any idea what it might be? Thank you for your time

I really appreciate your concern, it could be neurological symptoms and it need to be investigated just to ruled out vertigo and seizure, better to get done CT brain and ECHO study have ENT opinion too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
