What Causes Dizziness, Tinnitus, Severe Cough Along With Excess Throat Mucus And Sleeplessness?
I seem to have all the systems of Vertigo. Have had problems with ears when flying for years. Presently have the dizziness, etc. as noted on Web MD. Prior to this have been going to Ear, nose and throat doctor because of ears rattling, severe mucus causing cough and lack of sleep.

It sounds to be an acute congestion of the lower respiratory tract with middle ear involvement.
Needs precise evaluation with X-ray chest and series of lab tests with audiometry.
Primary care with gargles, turmeric and tulsi for ayurvedic support.
