General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Dizziness can have different possible causes. It may be related to your chronic fatigue but other causes can be:

(1)low blood pressure
(2)postural hypotension- blood pressure drops on standing
(3)dehydration
(4)side effect of medication
(5)related to conditions of the inner ear

You may need to be seen to determine the exact cause for your symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
