What Causes Dizziness Upon Moving The Head Side Ways?

I m male 66, in great health, i have experienced light headness at times, moving my head from one side to the other my vision seems slow to react, and one time, it was spinning for 30 to 45 sec, I did nt feel like was going to pass out but was really concerned. It feels similar to being in hot bath then standing up too fast???? you tell me?

Hello dear. I understand your problem. You are suffering from dizziness, imbalance, lightheadness. I think you are suffering from middle ear dysfunction and need to visit otorinolaringologist.
