Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness upon sneezing . The symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like inner ear infection , low blood sugar and iron level , meniere's disease and as a side effect of certain medicines . But in your case the symptoms occu due to Codeine as its side effects . I would suggest you to consult your doctor may discuss the condition with him/her . Doctor may alter the dose or prescribe some substitute . If condition still remains the same then consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order certain test like CT scan , examinetion with otoscope and blood test . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , recommend vestibular therapy and prescribe antibiotics . Drink green tea thrice a day with ginger and honey.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
