The dizziness while turning to right can be due to could be due to cervical problems. thry can be cervical arteries/ nerves which get affected by cervical muscles , bones being compressed, pressurized due to cervical spine being normal or protruded at a vertebral level. normally, the cervical nerves bringing different information from body to vertebral apparatus /cerebellum-which are concerned with body posture & movements. due to cervical interference,these stimuli get disturbed... this causes disturbed balance & dizziness Please consult a ENT surgeon for specific treatment after confirmation of diagnosis Thanks
