General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, Thanks for the query. The dizziness while turning to right can be due to could be due to cervical problems. thry can be cervical arteries/ nerves which get affected by cervical muscles , bones being compressed, pressurized due to cervical spine being normal or protruded at a vertebral level. normally, the cervical nerves bringing different information from body to vertebral apparatus /cerebellum-which are concerned with body posture & movements. due to cervical interference, these stimuli get disturbed... this causes disturbed balance & dizziness Please consult a ENT surgeon for specific treatment after confirmation of diagnosis Thanks
