What Causes Dizziness, Vaginal Bleeding And Heaviness In Abdomen During Pregnancy?

hopefully i m at 8th week pregnancy but last 10 days bleeding at 6th week, still getting symptoms, feeling nausea, dizziness, hunger, vomitting, feeling heavyness in my lower abdomen, if suddenly stand get cramp lower stomach, is there any possibility of pregnancy, plz advice

I really appreciate your concern, you can not rely upon the non specific symptoms because it can not rule out the pregnancy but you need to get done the ultrasonography to rule out the pregnancy and this is the only best option you have, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
