What Causes Dizziness, Vomiting And Bruise On Face After Head Injury?
My mother in law is 76 and has fallen a few times. This last time she fell and hit her head. She said she was dizzy but didn t know what made her fall. She vomited a lot and has a large bruise on her face. She is diabetic and takes insulin and has bad knees. She also has mild dementia. She would not go to the doctor. Advice on what is causing this?

Hi,
Recurrent vomiting after fall on head / face might suggest internal bleeding from head injury, and is an emergency. If vomiting continues, she develops sever headache or drowsiness, kindly take her to ER without any delay, as we have to do CT scanning of head to look for any bleeding and proceed accordingly
