What Causes Dizziness , Vomiting And Headache?

Today, around 9-10 am, I started becoming dizzy. Never really went away. Around 11 am, I started having the feeling I was going to throw up. The throwing up feel started to go away, but the dizzyness still remained. I also realized iv been extremely cold all day. Then one moment ill be burning for a few minuetes, then back cold again. Iv been having a lot chest pain, too. If I stand up for a bit, all my energy leaves and I want to lay down. Now I m having a headache. Would I be becoming sick? Or could it be something else?

Neurologist 's  Response
This could in fact be migraine. Migraine can have a lot of other neurological symptoms such as dizziness/imbalance/vertigo. Often a lot of these symptoms precede a headache and can be called a prodrome. Prodromes have been described as having nausea, dizziness, euphoria, malaise, etc.

However, you still could also be coming down with an illness. If this has never happened to you, you should first be evaluated by your primary care doctor before seeing a neurologist.
