What Causes Dizziness, Vomiting And Headache?
I went to work today feeling fine and then within 30 mins I started feeling dizzy then 10 mins later I had to hold on to the walls then 15 mins later I was throwing up and couldn t hold my head up then several hours later I had a super large headache what could this mean I have been in bed all day

Hello,
I think you may be suffering from viral gastroenteritis causing you a viral infection with vomiting.
This vomiting and dehydration can cause you a headache. Try to drink lots of fluids and water to keep hydrated. Take anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or Acetaminophen for pain relief.
