What Causes Dizziness, Vomiting And Pain In Breast?

I bothered with what I feel so I am hoping Doc that you can help me. I often feel dizzy and for 3 consecutive days I feel I like to vomit most of the time. Yesterday I vomit every after I eat a meal. I also feel stomach bloating, then my lower abdomen also hurts, I also feel my breast a bit painful occasionally. These things usually happen to me when my period is coming, but now it is very unusual and bothersome because my period is 1 week to go.

Hello,

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. Make sure that your blood pressure is well within the normal range as low blood pressure can cause similar symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
