General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Dizziness on turning head is indicative of postal vertigo(BPPV). You are suggested to have a physical check up with the ENT.

Your inner ear will be examined for any pathology or wax. If its ear wax it will be washed clinically by the specialist himself.

Get audiometry test done. You will be treated on the severity of the pathology detected.

Do not drive till you have not been treated completely, stay ate rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
