What Causes Dizziness When Diagnosed With Diabetes And Fibromyalgia?

I am 62, obese, have type 2 diabetes, fibromyalgia, some osteoarthritis. I have had some instances of dizziness , which scares me. It is actually more of an inability to focus, like both my eyes are turning opposite directions at the same time. One instance occurred when I was driving, but was able to pull off the road, the last time was just a few days ago and this one seemed to last a little longer. I take bp meds, metformin, Prozac
