What Causes Dizziness When Turning Head?
I am dizzy like vertigo only when turning head in any direction except forward. When I brush the teeth on left side of mouth it sends me into a spin. When I wash my face also. Very unlike other times had vertigo. Why is this? Been happening for last 5 days

I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
You have no reason too worry too much
in my opinion you should start betahistine for at least two months and you will be fine
It is just vertigo
