I recently notice a feeling of dizziness while driving a long commute to and from work. I feel very dizzy like I m going to pass out. Also I feel dizzy when I m at work at my computer I only work 8 hrs a day 5 days a week. I think I have Vertigo.I have no problems with my ears just my head. Is it possible my dizziness is Vertigo?
As per your query you have problem of dizziness while driving and while working on computer . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection, head injury , certain medications and due to cervical spondylosis, meniere's disease , acoustic neuroma , sinusitis and multiple sclerosis migraines . So i would suggest you to consult ENT specialist . Doctor may order certain test like CT scan , MRI , blood test , audiometery test, examination with otoscope and ECG to confirm the diagnosis. There can be other reasons alo for your symptoms like low blood sugar or iron level . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( gentamicin ) , antiemetic drugs along with anti allergic . For now avoid bending forward and avoid deriving , drink green teat thrice a day .
