What Causes Dizziness While Having Boil On Inner Thigh?

I had a boil on my inner thigh. Yesterday afternoon after i peed i noticed it was broke open. It wasnt painfull at all. I proceeded to squeeze it and got quite a lot of puss out. I took a shower and cleaned the area. I noticed when i got out of teh shower i was extremely dizzy to the point i was throwing up everywhere. THis went on from 11 am to about 3 am. I went to bed at 7 and woke up to pee at 3 and it had mostly subsided. It wasnt until today i thought maybe breaking the boil caused this and not food poisoning like i thought. Could it of been the boil?

no it is unlikely to be due to a boil specially after you have self drained it. only situation in which you may have similar symptoms in abscess/boil are when you have high grade fever and septicemia
